Some Notes About the Apartment:
• It is located up 4 steep flights of stairs and there is no elevator.
• The building houses several offices and classrooms and is busy during the work week. On evenings and weekends, the building is generally empty. There are no other residential flats in the building, though most neighboring buidlings have top floor apartments as well.
• There is no air conditioning, which is generally not a problem, but it can get warm during the occasional London heat wave in the summer.
• During WWII, a bomb fell at the end of the street, shifting the foundation, resulting in a very wonky staircase.
• While the flat is fully furnished, renters will be responsible for consumables, such as food, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.
